摘要
中国是世界茶的原产地,也是茶业的故乡。茶叶、丝绸、瓷器是中国古代主要出口商品,近代中国更是以茶叶出口而闻名。相对而言,近代中国的洋茶进口这一中国茶叶贸易中的现象却鲜有人注意。近代中国洋茶进口的历史有一个发展过程,基本可分为1905年前至道光年间的兴起阶段,1906年至1918年的繁荣阶段,1919年至1949年的衰退阶段。洋茶进口对中国茶产业及社会产生了重大影响,它挤压了近代中国茶叶市场,削弱中国茶产业的发展,同时对国家安危产生消极影响。
China is the origin of tea in the world and the hometown of the tea industry. Tea, silk, and porcelain are the main export commodities in ancient China. Modern China is even more famous for tea exports. Relatively speaking, the import of foreign tea in modern China, a phenomenon in the Chinese tea trade, has rarely been noticed. The history of the import of modern Chinese foreign tea has a development process. It can be basically divided into the period of rise from 1905 to Daoguang, the period of prosperity from 1906 to 1918, and the period of recession from 1919 to 1949. The import of foreign tea has had a great impact on the Chinese tea industry and society. It has squeezed the modern Chinese tea market, weakened the development of Chinese tea industry, and at the same time had a negative impact on the countr〉% safety.
