摘要
目的研究急诊医学教育中灾害救援医学植入的教学效果,并探讨其重要性。方法选择2017级急诊医学专业的137名学生为研究对象,选择经验丰富的灾害救援医学方面的专家或教授担任教学任务,在急诊专业学生教学过程中同时进行灾害救援教育。教学时间为3个月,3个月后进行理论考核和实践考核,满分各为100分。考核题库同教学前,考核题目随机筛选。通过比较教学前后成绩高低,评价教学效果。结果通过灾害救援医学教学后,所有学生的理论考核和实践考核成绩均显著提高,教学前后数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在急诊医学教育中植入灾害救援医学教育,对于培养专业人才、提升救援意识及能力、普及全民救援知识具有重要意义。
Objective To study the efect and importance of disaster relief medical implantation in emergency medicine education. Methods 137 students in grade 2017 emergency medicine were selected as the study subjects. Experts or professors with rich experience in disaster relief medicine were selected as teaching tasks, and disaster relief education was carried out simultaneously in the teaching process of emergency students. The teaching time was 3 months, and 3 months later, theoretical examination and practical examination were carried out. The full marks were 100 points respectively. The examination questions database was screened randomly before teaching. The teaching efect was evaluated by comparing the scores before and after teaching. Results After the teaching of disaster relief medicine, the scores of theoretical and practical assessment of all students were signifcantly improved, and the data before and after the teaching were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The implantation of disaster relief medicine education in emergency medicine education is of great significance for cultivating professional talents, improving rescue consciousness and ability.
