摘要
目的了解泰安市综合医院护士心理资本和职业生涯状况的现状,分析心理资本对职业生涯状况的影响。方法采用心理资本问卷和职业生涯状况评价量表,运用便利抽样法对泰安市4家综合医院457名护士进行调查分析。结果护士心理资本和职业生涯状况得分分别为(104.66±12.32)分和(79.14±10.57)分,均处于中等水平;心理资本与职业生涯状况呈正相关(r=0.548,P <0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,心理资本的希望维度和月收入是护士职业生涯状况的影响因素。结论提升希望和月收入是促进护士职业生涯状况良好发展的有效途径。
Objective To understand the status quo of psychological capital and career status of nurses in general hospitals in Tai'an, and analyze the impact of psychological capital on their career status. Methods Using psychological capital questionnaire and career status evaluation scale, 457 nurses in 4 general hospitals in Tai'an were investigated by convenience sampling method. Results The scores of psychological capital and career status of nurses were (104.66±12.32) and (79.14±10.57) respectively, which were in the middle level. There was a positive correlation between psychological capital and career status (r=0.548, P 〈 0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the hope dimension of psychological capital and monthly income were the influencing factors of nurses'career status. Conclusion Enhancing the hope and monthly income is an efective way to promote the good development of nurses' career.
