阴道超声与腹部超声在临床诊断女性膀胱颈梗阻中的价值

The Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Abdominal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Female Bladder Neck Obstruction

目的探讨阴道超声与腹部超声在临床诊断女性膀胱颈梗阻过程中的应用价值。方法择取2016年9月—2018年9月于我院诊疗的62例女性患者作为研究对象,对所有患者膀胱颈部进行经阴道超声和经腹部超声扫查,并以检测的残余尿量分为甲组、乙组、丙组。对三组均行阴道超声和腹部超声诊断,对比诊断结果。结果甲组、丙组患者通过两种路径超声检查诊断,在前唇厚度、后唇厚度、尿道上端前后径及左右径对比,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);对乙组患者行两种检查后发现,经阴道超声诊断出前唇厚度、后唇厚度、尿道上端前后及左右径相较于腹部超声诊断更大,两种诊断方式比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论女性早期膀胱颈梗阻通过阴道超声诊断的效果比腹部超声诊断效果更佳,能够对其病变的具体程度进行准确判断。

Objective To investigate the value of vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of female bladder neck obstruction. Methods 62 female patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as research subjects. All patients were examined by transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography, and the residual urine was divided into group A, group B and group C. The three groups were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound, and the results were compared. Results There was no signifcant diference in the thickness of anterior lip, posterior lip, anterior and posterior urethral diameters and left and right diameters between group A and group C （P 〉 0.05）. In group B, the thickness of the anterior lip, the thickness of the posterior lip, the anterior and posterior diameters of the upper urethra and the left and right diameters of the urethra were larger than those of the abdominal ultrasound. The diference between the two diagnostic methods was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of early female bladder neck obstruction through vaginal ultrasound diagnosis is better than that of abdominal ultrasound, which can accurately judge the specifc degree of the lesion.
