瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的效果

The Effect of Remifentanil Combined With Propofol Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探索瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)患者的效果、安全性及应激反应。方法选取2017年4月23日—2018年4月23日我院收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的100例患者作为研究对象。实施奇偶数分组模式,对照组的50例患者进行丙泊酚麻醉,观察组的50例患者进行瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉。结果观察组的睁眼时间(7.42±1.62)min、睫毛反射消失时间(4.58±1.35)min、自主呼吸时间(5.19±0.35)min、定向力恢复时间(15.48±1.65)min、并发症发生率(4.00%)均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉干预效果显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy, safety and stress response of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from April 23, 2017 to April 23, 2018 （parity grouping mode） were selected. 50 patients in the control group were treated with propofol anesthesia. 50 patients were treated with remifentanil in combination with propofol. Results The blink time of the observation group （7.42±1.62） min, the disappearance time of eyelash refex （4.58±1.35） min, the time of spontaneous respiration （5.19±0.35） min, the recovery time of orientation force （15.48±1.65） min, the complications occurred rate （4.00%） were better than the control group, the diference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is signifcant.
