下胫腓联合损伤的研究进展

下胫腓联合损伤为常见的踝关节损伤,常伴随于踝关节骨折而发生,但也可出现单纯性的下胫腓联合损伤,因此对于下胫腓联合损伤的诊断具有一定难度。下胫腓联合损伤的治疗方式也较多,常见的有克氏针经皮复合固定、金属皮质骨螺钉、可吸收螺钉、缝线纽扣装置、下胫腓钩钢板、韧带重建等,但选取何种固定方式仍然存在争议。文章就下胫腓联合的解剖、生物力学、诊断及治疗方式进行综述,为临床应用提供参考。

This article summarizes the anatomy, biomechanics, diagnosis, and treatment of the inferior tibiofbular syndesmosis injury and provides references for clinical applications.
