Objective To investigate the effect of LEEP knife and microwave treatment on cervicitis. Methods 90 cases of cervicitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to diferent operative methods. The control group was treated with microwave therapy and the observation group was treated with LEEP knife. The therapeutic effects of cervicitis, the time needed for operation, vaginal discharge time and intraoperative bleeding, and the quality of life before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of cervicitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The operation time, vaginal discharge time and intraoperative bleeding of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Before surgery, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). After operation, the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cervicitis patients with LEEP knife curative effect is affirmative, can effectively improve the condition of the disease, fast surgery, quick recovery, can better improve the quality of life.
