卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与缩宫素在预防和治疗产后出血中的临床效果对比

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and Oxytocin in the Prevention and Treatment of Patients With Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的对比分析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与缩宫素分别用于预防和治疗产后出血时的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的80例产后出血患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。其中,对照组采用缩宫素治疗,治疗组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗。结果治疗组产妇的出血量(术中、术后2 h、术后24 h)低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。同时,治疗组产妇出血发生率(5.0%)低于对照组(15.0%),两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.240,P <0.05)。术后24 h内,治疗组产妇不良反应发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(12.5%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.641,P <0.05)。结论预防和治疗产后出血中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液,相较于应用缩宫素而言具有出血量少、出血发生率低以及不良反应发生率低等优点,在临床使用上安全可行。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of carboprost tromethamine injection and oxytocin in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin. The treatment group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection. Results The amount of bleeding （intraoperative, postoperative 2 hours, postoperative 24 hours） in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the incidence of maternal hemorrhage in the treatment group （5.0%） was lower than that in the control group （15.0%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2=12.240, P〈0.05）. Within 24 hours after operation, the incidence of adverse reactions （2.5%） in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （12.5%）. The diference was statistically signifcant （χ2=5.641, P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to use it in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. It has the advantages of less bleeding, lower incidence of hemorrhage and lower incidence of adverse reactions compared with oxytocin.
