中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(风痰恋肺证)的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2018年6月就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例作为研究对象,采用数字表法,将其随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用西医西药干预,观察组联用中药穴位贴敷治疗,统计两组干预后中医病症诊断疗效标准评分变化。结果观察组中医病症诊断疗效标准中咳嗽、咯痰、咽痒、气急及胸闷的得分均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者实施穴位敷贴治疗,可有效改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy for traditional Chinese medicine with cough variant asthma. Methods 60 patients with cough variant asthma from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects. Using the digital table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by western medicine and Western medicine. The observation group was treated with acupoint application. Statistics of the two groups of patients after the intervention of TCM disease diagnosis efficacy standard score changes. Results The scores of cough, expectoration, pharynx itching, shortness of breath and chest tightness in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application in patients with cough variant asthma can efectively improve clinical symptoms.
