早期康复护理干预对脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Functional Recovery of Hemiplegic Limbs in Stroke Patients

目的探讨早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2017年12月笔者所在医院收治的55例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为实验组(28例,早期康复护理干预)和对照组(27例,常规护理干预),对患者肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力进行评定并对比。结果护理后,两组患者FMA和BI评分均高于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);且实验组患者护理后FMA评分、BI评分更优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者接受早期康复护理干预能明显改善肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective To explore the efect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb function recovery in hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods From August 2016 to December 2017, 55 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group （28 cases, early rehabilitation nursing intervention） and control group （27 cases, routine nursing intervention）. The limb motor function and activities of daily living were assessed and compared. Results After nursing, the scores of FMA and BI of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. However, the FMA score and BI score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after nursing, and the diference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients with hemiplegia can signifcantly improve limb motor function and activities of daily living.
