摘要
某硫磺回收装置原设计烟气SO_2排放质量浓度400 mg/m^3,不能满足GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》中对石油炼制工业硫磺回收装置的烟气SO_2排放标准要求,需要对装置进行改造。对装置尾气处理工艺中硫化物的来源进行了全面的分析和评估,并进行了技术咨询,确定在尾气处理单元采用陶氏化学的Ucarsol^(TM)选择性脱硫溶剂进行工业应用。工业实践结果表明:采用Ucarsol^(TM)溶剂后,该硫磺回收装置吸收塔顶净化尾气硫化物检测值(体积分数)小于20×10^(-6),排放烟气中SO_2质量浓度为60~80 mg/m^3,低于GB 31570—2015排放标准低限值,实现了达标排放。
The original design mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas vented from sulfur recovery unit is 400 mg / m3, which cannotmeet the emission standard of SO2 in flue gas vented from sulfur recovery unit of petroleum refining industry according to The EmissionStandard for Industrial Pollutants in Petroleum Refining Industry (GB 31570-2015), therefore, the sulfur recovery unit need to betransformed. The sources of sulfides in the tail gas treatment of the unit are analyzed and assessed comprehensively, the technology con-sulting is made, and finally the UcarsolTMsolvent from The Dow?s Chemical Company is chosen to adopt in the unit tail gas treatment.The industrial application results show that after applying UcarsolTMsolvent, the volume fraction of sulfides in the treated tail gas fromthe top of tail gas absorber is less than 20×10-6, and the SO2 in vent flue gas is between 60 to 80 mg / m3, which is much lower thanthe emission regulation limit of GB 31570-2015, and realizes the standardized discharge.
