山东省2010-2016年畜间和人间布鲁菌病疫情分析 被引量:6

Analysis of Brucellosis epidemic situation in livestock and human from 2010 to 2016 in Shandong province

摘要 应用Excel 2013软件对山东省2010-2016年的布鲁菌病档案和疫情报告以及山东省卫生和计划生育委员会公告数据进行统计描述性分析。结果显示,除2013年以外,山东省畜间布鲁菌病和人间布鲁菌病的走势一致,且2015年和2016年的畜间布鲁菌病和人间布鲁菌病的增幅都有所放缓。男女的发病比例为2.6∶1,不同年龄组中,40~50岁年龄组的人间布鲁菌病新发病例数占人间布鲁菌病新发病例总数的17.8%,且发病人群以农民为主,其次是牧民。感染布鲁菌病的家畜是人间布鲁菌病的主要传染源,人患布鲁菌病取决于与牲畜等传染源密切接触的程度,控制和根除畜间布鲁菌病能有效降低人间布鲁菌病的发病率。山东省畜间和人间布鲁菌病的情况依然严峻,应加强山东省畜间和人间布鲁菌病的疫情监测,密切关注疫情流行动态。 In order to understand the epidemic dynamics of Brucellosis among livestock and humans in Shandong province,the prevalence of epidemic outbreaks was analyzed to provide a scientific basis for predicting the development trend of the epidemic and formulating prevention and control countermeasures. The Excel 2013 software was used to perform statistical descriptive analysis of Brucellosis archives and epidemic reports from 2010 to 2016 in Shandong province and the data from Shandong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission. With the exception of 2013, the trend of Brucellosis among livestock and humans in Shandong province is consistent, and the increase in inter and brucellosis in both 2015 and 2016 has slowed down. The incidence rate of males and females was 2.6 : 1. In the different age groups,the number of new cases of human Brucellosis in the 40-50 age group accounted for 17.8% of the total number of new cases of human Brucellosis. The population affected mainly farmers, followed by herdsmen. Brucellosis-infected livestock is the main source of human Brucellosis, and human Brucellosis depends on the degree of close contact with infectious sources such as livestock. The control and eradication of Brucellosis innimals can effectively reduce the incidence of Brucellosis in humans. The situation of Brucellosis among livestock and humans in Shandong province is still severe. Surveillance of Brucellosis among inter and inter-human Brucellosis in Shandong province should be strengthened and the epidemic dynamics should be closely watched.
