冷应激大鼠肝脏中novel-rno-miR-3的功能预测

摘要 将12只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成2组,每组各6只分别放入冷应激气候室(4±0.5)℃和常温气候室中(4±0.5)℃,分别饲养12h后麻醉后采大鼠肝脏,并检测大鼠肝脏中novel-rno-miR-3的相对表达量。结果显示,急性冷应激组大鼠肝脏中的novel-rno-miR-3出现了极显著上调(P〈0.01)。结果表明,novel-rno-miR-3可能在急性冷应激时发挥调控功能,通过与其靶基因结合达到维持机体生命活动的作用。 A total of 12 male Wistar rats was randomly divided into two groups of 6 rats each and placed in the cold stress climate room (4 ±0. 5)℃ and room temperature climate room (4 ±0.5)℃. The liver samples were collected after these rats were leid up for 12 h,then detected the relative expression of novel-rno-miR-3 in liver. The results showed that there was a extremly significant (P〈0.01) increase of novel-rno-miR-3 in the cold stress rat liver. These results suggest that novel-rno-miR-3 may play a regulatory role in acute cold stress and by binding to its target genes to maintain the organism vital activity.
