归芎益母散对奶牛的靶动物安全性试验

Target animal safety test of Guixiong Yimu powder on dairy cows

选择20头健康奶牛,随机分为4组,每组5头。各组以0倍剂量（空白对照组）、1倍推荐剂量（400g/头,Ⅰ组）、3倍推荐剂量（1 200g/头,Ⅱ组）、5倍推荐剂量（2 000g/头,Ⅲ组）的归芎益母散经口灌服给药,每天1次,连用3d。试验期间,监测分析受试奶牛的临床症状以及给药后0,4,7,14d的产奶量变化和血液学指标。结果显示：与对照组比较,不同剂量的归芎益母散对受试奶牛的健康状况、日均产奶量和血液学生理指标均无不良影响（P〉0.05）;在用药后4d,Ⅲ组奶牛的AST、BUN水平显著升高（P〈0.05）,ALT、TG和CRE水平极显著升高（P〈0.01）;在用药后7d,Ⅲ组奶牛的ALT、AST、BUN和CRE水平显著升高（P〈0.05）,TG水平极显著升高（P〈0.01）;用药后14d,与对照组相比,Ⅲ组奶牛血液生化指标差异均不显著（P〉0.05）。结果表明：归芎益母散至少以3倍推荐剂量口服给药对靶动物奶牛是安全的。

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the target animal safety of Guixiong Yimu powder in dairy cows,and 20 clinically healthy cows were randomly allocated into three treatment groups （n=5） with receiving either an oral dose of 400 g/cow （recommended dosage）, 1 200 g/ cow（3 times recommended dosage）and 2 000 g/cow（5 times recommended dosage）once daily for three consecutive days,respectively,or no treatment as the control group. During the experiment, clinical symptoms,daily yielding, hematology and blood biochemical indexes was tested at the 0, 4th, 7th, 14th days after treatment. The results showed that Guixiong Yimu powder had no significant effects on clinical feature, daily yielding and hematology indexes. But the level of ALT, TG, CRE（P〈0.01）,and AST,BUN（P〈0.05）were higher on the 4th day after treatment in the 5 times recommended dosage group than the controls; the level of TG were significantly elevated （P〈0.01） ,the level of ALT,AST,BUN and CRE were higher on the 7th day after treatment in the 5 times recommended dosage group than the controls; Compared with the control group, in 5 times recommended dosage group blood biochemical indexes were not significant（P〉0.05） on the 14th day after treatment. The results showed that target animal was safe when receiving Guixiong Yimu powder with an oral dose less than 3 times recommended dosage （1 200 g/cow） once a day for 3 days.
