摘要
选用1日龄AA肉鸡健雏420只,随机分为6组,每组70只,分别饲以对照日粮(钒0.073mg/kg)和高钒日粮(钒5mg/kg,高钒Ⅰ组;钒15mg/kg,高钒Ⅱ组;钒30mg/kg,高钒Ⅲ组;钒45mg/kg,高钒Ⅳ组;钒60mg/kg,高钒Ⅴ组)42d,以实验病理学和生化试剂盒检测的方法观察研究雏鸡肾脏变化。结果显示:高钒Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肾脏质量显著降低(P〈0.05),同时肾小管上皮细胞发生不同程度颗粒变性和空泡变性;高钒Ⅳ、Ⅴ组Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性显著降低(P〈0.01),高钒Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血清肌酐、尿酸含量显著增加(P〈0.05)。结果表明:高钒含量超过15mg/kg时对雏鸡肾脏可造成一定损伤,引起肾脏功能下降。
The objective of this study was to clarify the lesion of kidney by the effects of high vana- dium on the kidney growth and structure,the activities of renal Na+-K+-ATPase and the contents of serum creatinine and uric acid in broilers. Four hundred and twenty one-day-old broilers were divided into six groups and fed on a corn-soybean basal diet as control diet (vanadium 0. 073 mg/kg) or the same diet amended to contain 5,15,30,45 and 60 mg/kg vanadium (high vanodium groupsⅠ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅳ, Ⅴ ) supplied as ammonium metavanadate for 42 days. As tested by the methods of experimental pathology and biochemical reagent kits, the kidney weight were significantly lower (P〈0.05) in high vanadium groups Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ and V than in control group and there was a certain granular and vacuolar degeneration in renal tubular epithelial cells in high vanadium groups IV and V. Meanwhile, the Na+-K+-ATPase activities of kidney were significantly lower (P〈0. 01) in high vanadium groups IV and V than in control group while the serum creatinine and uric acid contents were significantly increased(P〈0.05). As the results showed high vanadium over 30 mg/kg could induce lesion in kidney in chicken.
