摘要
介绍了一种雷达频综组件的自动测试系统,该系统基于PXI总线平台,采用美国国家仪器公司(NI)Labwindows/CVI软件开发环境,利用NI的数字波形发生器PXI-6541取代人工控制盒产生频控信号,结合通用接口总线接口技术实现仪表控制和数据采集。通过验证,调试周期缩短三分之二,测试界面简单友好,具有操作简单、使用方便、测试效率高等优点。
A kind of automatic test system of the radar frequency synthesizer module is introduced in this paper. The system is de- signed based on PXI bus, developed with the environment of National Instruments ( NI ) Lahwindows/CVI and it realizes many functions as instrument controlling and data acquisition in combination with general purpose interface bus interface technology. NI digital waveform generator PXI-6541 is used to replace the manual control box to produce frequency-control signal. Practice has proved that the debugging cycle is reduced by two thirds. And the test interface is simple and friendly. The system has the advanta- ges of simple operation, convenient use and high test efficiency.
