宁夏引黄灌区苜蓿品种对土壤微生物数量及酶活性的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Alfalfa Cultivars on amount of Soil Microorganisms and Enzyme Activity in Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation Area

摘要 为了解宁夏引黄灌区苜蓿种植对土壤微生物、酶活性的影响及其变化规律,合理评价苜蓿人工草地对土壤培肥的影响提供理论依据,本研究对宁夏引黄灌区8个苜蓿品种种植5年后土壤微生物数量和酶活性进行了研究。结果表明,在宁夏引黄灌区苜蓿种植5年后土壤中的微生物数量和酶活性在苜蓿品种间及不同土层间存在显著差异(p〈0.05)。在固原紫花地中土壤微生物数量和酶活性显著高于其它品种,在柏拉图、WL343HQ地中土壤微生物数量最少,且酶活性最低。所有苜蓿品种地中土壤微生物数量和酶活性均随土层深度的增加呈明显的降趋势。固原紫花对土壤肥力有较好的影响,而柏拉图和WL343HQ对土壤肥力的改善效果较差。 In order to understand the effect of alfalfa cultivation on soil microbes and enzyme activities in Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation Area, and to provide a theoretical basis for rational evaluation of the effect of alfalfa artificial grassland on soil fertility. Eight years after planting alfalfa in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area microbial quantity and enzyme activity were studied. The results showed that after 5 years of alfalfa planting in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area, there were significant differences in soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities between alfalfa varieties and different soil layers (p〈0.05). In Guyuan, the quantity and enzyme activities of soil microorganisms were significantly higher than those of other varieties. In the land planted with Platon and WL343HQ, the amount of soil microorganism was the least, and the enzyme activity was the lowest. Soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities all decreased obviously with the increase of soil depth. Guyuanzihua had a better effect on soil fertility, while Platon and WL343HQ had less effect on soil fertility improvement.
