植物提取物微胶囊及其缓释复合织物的制备及胰脂肪酶活性抑制效果 被引量:1

Preparation and Lipase Inhibitory Effects of Microencapsulated Plant Extracts and Microcapsule Loaded Slow-release Composite Fabric

摘要 本研究旨在制备植物提取物微胶囊并将其与植物复合制备具有一定减肥效果的可用于紧身衣、塑身内衣等的缓释织物。采用界面聚合法以聚乙烯醇为壁材制备了植物提取物(PLE)微胶囊。通过直接涂层的方法将其与涤纶水刺非织造布复合。使用SEM、TG、紫外-可见分光光度计,PhabrOmeter风格仪等测试并评价了微胶囊形貌、耐热性、缓释性能、织物的形貌、服用性能、胰脂肪酶活性抑制率以及微缓释复合织物的最佳制备工艺。结果显示,微胶囊表面光滑圆整,具有较好的热稳定性、缓释性及脂肪酶活性抑制性能;在微胶囊质量分数为4%,热风烘干条件下制备的缓释复合织物具有较好的服用性能以及脂肪酶活性抑制效果,可作为贴衬用于紧身衣,塑身内衣等服装上,起到一定的辅助效果。 This study aimed at preparing a kind of plant extract loaded microcapsules and compositing it with polyester non-woven fabric. The composite fabric could be used as a kind of adjacent fabric in tights and shapewear garments. Plant extracts (PLE) microcapsules were prepared by interracial polymerization with polyvinyl alcohol as wall material. Through direct coating method, PLE was combined with polyester spunlaced nonwovens. The morphology, thermal stability, slow-release property of the microcapsules, and the morphology, wearability, inhibition rate of pancreatic lipase activity were tested by SEM, TG, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, PhabrOmeter system. The optimum preparation technique was also studied. The results showed that the surface of the microcapsules is smooth, the thermal stability, slow-release property and enzyme inhibition property are relatively good. The composite fabrics which contain 4 w.t % of microcapsules and prepared under hot air drying conditions had relatively good wearability and enzyme inhibition property. It could play a certain auxiliary effect to be used in clothes like tights, shapewear garments, etc.
