摘要
目的探讨宫颈内口处彩色多普勒超声检查的临床价值。方法收集我院2015年1月~2017年12月门诊28周至分娩前的孕产妇共8967例,在对每位孕产妇行常规彩色多普勒超声检查的同时加用取样框置于宫颈内口处彩超检查,在常规检查基础上发现血流异常信号者加用取样框置于宫颈内口处彩超检查,收集异常血流信号病例并追踪患者的临床资料进行统计学分析。结果在8967例孕妇中,常规检查发现异常血流信号者31例,将取样框置于宫颈内口处彩超检查发现前置胎盘18例,前置胎盘合并胎盘植入10例,中央型前置胎盘合并胎膜下出血1例,胎膜血管前置1例,脐带先露1例。结论宫颈内口处彩色多普勒超声检查能明确诊断常规检查发现的异常血流信号并及早发现异常情况,为临床诊断提供有力的参考依据、选择合适的分娩方式,降低产时及产后大出血、子宫切除等风险。
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in cervical intraoral region.Methods A total of8967 pregnant and lying-in women from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected.Each pregnant and lying-in woman underwentroutine color Doppler ultrasonography and a sampling frame was placed at the cervical intraoral region for color Dopplerultrasonography examination.On the basis of routine examination,those who found abnormal blood flow signals were placed in thecervical intraoral region with a sampling frame.The abnormal blood flow signals were collected and the clinical data were traced forstatistical analysis.Results Among 8967 pregnant women,31 cases were found abnormal blood flow signal by routine examination,Color Doppler ultrasonography showed 18 cases of placenta previa,10 cases of placenta previa with placenta implantation,1 case ofcentral placenta previa with submembranous hemorrhage,1 case of premembranous blood vessel and1 case of umbilical cordexposure.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography at the cervical intraoral region can clearly diagnose abnormal blood flow signalsdetected by routine examination and find abnormal conditions as early as possible.It can providea strong reference for clinicaldiagnosis,select the appropriate mode of delivery,and reduce the risk of intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage,hysterectomy and soon.
