冶金桥式起重机是具有代表性的重要吊装设备。钢丝绳使用传统检测和定期更换的维护方法，使承载钢丝绳存在隐患、浪费和低效并存的三大矛盾。采用无损探伤技术专项定制和开发的钢丝绳在线探伤系统，可以有效解决承载钢丝绳的安全使用和管理难题。
The metallurgy overhead crane is a typical and important hoisting equipment. Adopt traditional test method and regular replacement maintenance for the steel wire rope so as to eliminate potential load hazard, waste and low efficiency. By using specific non-destructive flaw detecting tech- nology and online flaw detecting system, the trouble of safe usage and management from the steel wire rope load can be effectively solved.
