摘要
采用微乳液-沉淀法(M-P)制备超细球形CoAl2O4蓝色色料,该方法利用微乳液来控制沉淀反应的体积,以防止沉淀颗粒的团聚。微乳液-沉淀法得到的色料采用TEM,XRD和色度测试表征。结果显示,M-P法所得到钴蓝色料呈近球形,色料的平均粒径为0.3μm,这一粒径远小于商业钴蓝色料的粒径。该色料由初始晶粒仅为10 nm的颗粒构成。将该超细钴蓝色料在透明釉中使用(6 wt%含量),可得到深蓝色颜色釉面,其色度值为L*=14.02,a*=12.73,b*=-37.60。微乳液-沉淀法制备的超细球形钴蓝色料的着色性能远优于商业钴蓝颜料。
The ultrafine spherical CoAI204 blue pigment was prepared by microemulsion-precipitation method (M-P). The agglomeration of the precipitated particles can be prevented by controlling the microemulsion volume within the precipitation reaction in the microemulsion-precipitation method. The pigment obtained by the microemulsion- precipitation method was characterized by TEM, XRD and chromate instrument. The results show that the obtained cobalt blue pigment has the near-spherical shape, and the average particle size of 0.3 μm, which is much smaller than that of the commercial cobalt blue pigment. This pigment consists of the primary particles with the grain size of only 10 nm. The ultrafine cobalt blue pigment was used in a transparent glaze (6 wt% content) to obtain a deep blue color glaze having a chroma value of L*=14.02, a*=12.73, b*=-37.60. The ultrafine spherical cobalt blue pigment prepared by the microemulsion-precipitation method is far superior to the commercial cobalt blue pigment in the coloring performance.
