在药品生产中,净化区内的固体物料的垂直输送一直存在完全密闭困难,自动化程度不高等难点。将垂直螺旋输送机应用到药品生产中固体物料垂直输送中,设备内部安装有伸缩式喷淋头,可以实现在线清洗和干燥,符合GMP生产。该垂直螺旋输送系统可以实现药品固体物料的密闭垂直输送,自动化水平高。

In medicine production, there always exist difficulties in airtightness and automation in vertical conveyance of bulk solids. In this article, vertical screw conveying machine was applied in medicine production for conveyance of bulk solids. In the machine retractable sprinkler, which can be used for inline cleaning and drying, was installed, in this way, the requirements in GMP were met. By using this machine, airtight vertical conveyance of medicine with high level automation has been realized.
