摘要 高速泵通过与泵设计成整体的齿轮增速箱提高叶轮转速,过流部分常常采用部分流设计;与普通离心泵比较,具有整体齿轮箱增速、高转速、扬程-流量曲线有驼峰的特殊结构和性能特点,由此导致在其启动和运行过程中可能出现泵不能启动、泵启动过程中抱轴或打齿、高频振动、油机封泡疤特殊故障。在概述高速泵结构和性能特点的基础上,探讨了上述故障现象并分析故障原因,最后提出了故障排除措施,为现场运行人员的维护和检修工作提供了借鉴。 High speed pump increase rotation speed of impeller via gearbox which is designed integrally with pump, its flow parts are usually designed according partial flow theory; Compared with the ordinary centrifugal pump, high speed pump has the special structure and performance characteristics of integral gearbox increase rotation speed,high rotation speed, head-flow curve with hump. As a result, during the start-up and operation of the high speed pump, spcial fault may appear pump can not start, shaft braking or gear teeth broken during pump start-up, high frequency vibration and oil machine seal bubble scars. This paper first outlines the structure and performance characteristics of high speed pump, then introduces the above fault phenomena, analyzes the fault causes, and puts forward some elimination measures. This paper can be used as a reference for high speed pump design,type selection, operation and maintenance personal to prevent, avoid and eliminate the above faults.
