聚乙烯燃气管道风险评价系统的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 聚乙烯管道(PE管道)作为城镇燃气管道的首选管材,在设计、施工、运行和操作过程中存在许多诱发管道事故的模糊因素。基于此,研究开发了一套基于模糊综合评价算法的管道风险评价系统。将模糊算法应用于PE管道综合评价,通过模糊层次分析确定指标权重。该系统采用C#开发,已在某城镇燃气管道的风险检验开展了应用。应用结果表明,评估结果符合现场实际情况,实现了对PE管道的风险评估,评估数据也被应用到检验报告中,提高了检验过程的科学性和完整性。 As the precedent material selected for urban gas pipeline in the process of pipeline design, construction and operation, polyethylene (PE) has some fuzzy factors inducing pipeline accidents. With respect to this problem, the risk assessment software of PE gas pipeline based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm was developed. In this paper fuzzy algorithm was used as a tool to evaluate the PE pipeline. And the index weight was determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Relevant software was developed by C#, and was applied on the risk inspection of gas pipeline in one town. It was shown from application results that the assessment results are consistent with the actual situation, and the system can be used for realizing the risk assessment of PE pipeline. Then, the assessment data also has been introduced into test report. Use of this system has made inspection more scientific and complete.
