摘要 液硫具有熔点较高、粘度较大等特殊的物理性质,在生产输送过程中易凝结固化,需要进行合理的夹套伴热才能顺利输送。针对于此,结合某工程项目设计实例,对液硫管道蒸气夹套管的优化设计进行讨论。首先对套管的一般做法进行简单介绍;然后通过合理增加蒸汽引入点和凝液引出点、调整跨接管跨接形式、合理设置挡板位置等方法优化了夹套管的蒸汽伴热设计;最后针对液硫的特殊物性,以管道拐弯处采用四通+法兰、弯头、弯头+法兰这三种做法的优缺点进行比较,确定采用弯头+法兰的做法是相对合适的。 Liquid sulfur has some special physical properties, such as high melting point and high viscosity. Because of it is easy to solidify in transportation process, appropriate jacket tracing is needed. In view of this phenomenon and combined with an engineering instance, optimum design of steam tracing jacketed pipe for liquid sulfur was discussed. First, a general introduction of jacketed pipe was carried out. Then the steam tracing design of jacketed pipe was optimized by properly adding steam inlet and condensation outlet, adjusting the span connection pipe and setting the baffle. Finally, according to the special physical properties of liquid sulfur, the advantages and disadvantages of three structures, such as cross tee plus flange, elbow, elbow plus flange, were compared. Then the structure of elbow plus flange was found most proper and was selected.
