激冷水过滤器出口管道应力分析及设计优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对某粉煤气化装置激冷水过滤器出口管道二次应力过大的问题,利用CAESARⅡ软件进行了应力分析和设计优化。结果证明,设备及管口本身的柔性可以显著地降低管道的二次应力水平,因此对于应力敏感设备的应力计算,建立准确的计算模型,可以提高计算精度,从而有效地指导工程设计优化。 With respect to the problem of excessive large secondary stress existed in the piping connected with the inlet of chilled water filter in powder cold gasification plant, the stress analysis and design optimization were carried out by using software CEASAR Ⅱ. It was shown from the result that the secondary stress can be decreased remarkably from utilizing the flexibilities of equipment itself and nozzle. Thus, for the equipment which is sensitive to stresses, appropriate calculation model should be established so as to enhance the precision in calculation, and the result can be used for effective guidance to optimization of engineering design.
