论“中医西化”的理论悖谬及其解决之道

中医西化是以西医"分析、实验、实证"的还原方法解析中医整体概念,或者简单地以西医的说法为标准研究、检验和评价中医理论的倾向。其在逻辑上,存在以管窥豹和缘木求鱼的理论悖谬。中医西化歧路的原因在于缺少对方法论的清醒认识和对中医根本理论的恰当理解。要走出中医西化的误区,必须以系统论为指导,正本清源,重新认识和理解营卫学说,这才是纠正中医西化误区的务本之道。

The meaning of westernization of Chinese medicine is to use the reduction methods of ＂analysis, experiment and demonstration＂ to parse the overall concepts of Chinese medicine, or simply use the criteria of western medicine to judge Chinese medicine theories. In logic, there is theoretical absurdity in the westernization of Chinese medicine as the Chinese proverbs say ＂see only a small piece instead of the whole＂ and ＂climb a tree to look for fish＂. The absurdity is resulted from the lack of awareness of methodology and the proper understanding of the fundamental theory of Chinese medicine. To correct the misunderstanding of Chinese medicine westernization, we should recognize the defensive-qi and nutritive-qi theory under the instruction of system theory.
