从骨骼肌线粒体膜电位探讨胰岛素抵抗机制

摘要 胰岛素抵抗在肥胖和2型糖尿病等疾病发病过程中起了重要作用。近来研究发现,骨骼肌线粒体功能障碍与胰岛素抵抗关系密切。导致骨骼肌线粒体功能障碍的因素有很多,骨骼肌线粒体发生功能障碍会出现形态上和功能上的变化,但研究尚不够深入。本研究试从线粒体膜电位角度来阐述线粒体膜电位变化与线粒体功能障碍及其骨骼肌数量和质量的关系,提出研究胰岛素抵抗机制的新方向。 Insulin resistance plays an important role in the development of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Recent studies found that skeletal muscle mitochondrial dysfunction had a close relationship with insulin resistance. There are many factors that lead to skeletal muscle mitochondrial dysfunction, and there are many changes in morphology and function of skeletal muscle mitochondria. But the researches are not deep enough. And this study tried to expound the relationship of the mitochondrial membrane potential changes with the mitochondrial dysfunction and the number and quality of skeletal muscle, and put forward the new trend of studying mechanism of insulin resistance.
