表观遗传学调控在冠心病痰湿体质综合调治中作用机制的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 痰湿体质是冠心病的易感体质,痰湿体质的程度与冠心病患病率之间呈直线正相关,中医体质的相对稳定性和动态可变性特点决定了体质的可调性,中医综合调治措施可有效改善痰湿体质,进而控制冠心病的发生发展。现已发现痰湿体质具有独特的基因表达谱,但基因多态性碱基顺序终生不变,无法解释中医体质可调的特点。表观遗传学调控的可逆性为中医体质可调论的机制研究提供了新的思路,现已发现饮食、运动及部分中药方剂或中药成分均具有调控DNA甲基化的能力,表观遗传学调控可能是冠心病痰湿体质调控中的重要作用机制,将为指导临床个体化用药和"治未病"提供新依据。 The persons of phlegm-damp constitution are the high-risk group of coronary heart disease. There is a straight-line positive correlation between the degree of phlegm-damp and the prevalence of coronary heart disease. The relative stability and dynamic variability of Chinese medicine constitution determine the adjustability of constitution. General recuperation is an effective approach for preventing and treating the diseases related to phlegm-damp constitution. It has been found that phlegm-damp constitution has a unique gene expression profile, but only a small number of associated gene polymorphisms were found, and the base sequence of the genetic polymorphism remains unchanged, which couldn't explain the phenomenon that the constitutions are adjustable. Epigenetic regulation does not alter the gene sequence, but it can affect gene expression by gene modification. It provides new ideas to explain the mechanism of constitution adjustability. Recently, many studies reported that diet, exercise and some traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions or ingredients have the ability to regulate DNA methylation. Epigenetic regulation may be an important mechanism underlying the general recuperation of phlegm-damp constitution in patients with coronary artery disease, and it will provide a new basis for guiding clinical individualized medication and prevention of illness.
