富水复杂地层盾构穿越建筑物施工技术分析

摘要 为了控制盾构穿越既有构筑物时有效抑制地面沉降和建筑物结构变形,保证施工质量和安全.依托地铁盾构下穿既有构筑物的工程实例,开展了地质条件突变、承压水丰富等复杂地质条件下地铁盾构区间推进过程对地面构筑物的影响分析,介绍了带压开仓换刀、精控推进参数及关键环顶部注浆加固等掘进控制技术措施.并提供了盾构穿越建筑物施工安全控制的建议.结果表明,本施工技术有效抑制了地面沉降和建筑物结构的变形,保证了施工质量和安全. In order to control shields passing through existing structures, ground settlement and structural deformation of buildings are effectively suppressed, and construction quality and safety are guaranteed. Relying on the engineering example of subway shields passing underneath existing structures, the impact of the process of metro shield tunneling on the ground structure under complex geological conditions such as abrupt changes in geological conditions and rich confined water was studied and analyzed, and pressure opening was introduced. Warehouse control, advance control parameters, and grouting reinforcement at the top of key rings are introduced and suggestions for the construction safety control of the shield crossing con struction are provided. The results show that the construction technology effectively suppresses the land subsidence and the structural deformation of the building to ensure the construction quality and safety.
