国内正在加速地铁建设，地铁机械设备需求不断增加．然而，目前的设备管理存在诸多不足．为了提高设备使用效率，保证设备施工安全，结合厦门地铁1号线工程机械设备管理的经验，对设备管理中存在的问题进行了分析和探讨．通过完善设备管理制度和操作规程，加强人员的培训和教育，运用信息管理技术，营造有利的施工环境，有效避免了施工过程中的安全风险．
