摘要
通过选择新型电解电极涂层,控制消毒剂投加量精准度,实现恒流稀盐水配比和采用周期性倒极除垢技术进行工艺和技术上的改进,解决传统电解食盐消毒技术存在的问题,开发了一种全自动次氯酸钠消毒系统,有效提高电解效率,实现消毒剂精确和稳定的投加,保证水质安全,并对其在农村饮水工程的应用情况进行了水质和效益分析,为其今后在农村饮水工程中广泛推广提供了参考依据.
By selecting the new electrolytic electrode coating, controlling the precision of the dosage of disinfectant, realizing the technological and technical improvement of the constant current dilute brine ratio and using the periodic reverse scale removal technology, the existing problems of the traditional electrolysis salt disinfection technology are solved. A kind of automatic sodium hypochlorite disinfection system is put forward to effectively improve the electrolysis effect. The accuracy and stability of disinfectants can be increased to ensure the safety of water quality. The water quality and benefit analysis of its application in rural drinking water projects are also provided, which provides a reference basis for its wide application in rural water conservancy projects in the future.
