摘要 "中国制造2025"与"工匠精神"都具有丰富而深刻的内涵.培育高职学生"工匠精神",是落实制造强国建设战略的需要,是传承民族优秀传统文化的需要,是推动高职教育改革发展的需要,也是引领学生实现自身价值的需要.因此要以提高专业教学质量为核心,强化其专业基础;以促进产教融合发展为主线,提高其技能水平;以整合素质教育资源为平台,培育其职业素养;以营造良好教育氛围为抓手,转变其就业理念. Both " Made in China 2025" and " Craftsman Spirit" have rich and deep connotations. It is necessary for higher vocational students to possess " Craftsman Spirit" , because we should implement the strategy of building manufacturing powerful country, we should inheritance national excellent traditional cultures, we should promote the reform and development of higher vocational education , besides, we should guild the students realizing their own life value. Therefore, it is important to strengthen students" professional foundation through promoting teaching quality, to improve students" skill level through integrate production and education , to cultivate students' professional quality through optimizing quality education resources, to transform their employment ideas through creating the positive social atmosphere.
