大学治理就是要科学处理大学与校内外利益相关者之间的关系.现实中,大学与政府、教师与学生、行政与学术、领导与制度、大学与社会等还仍然存在现实矛盾,需要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,通过制度创新、制度完善、法治增强、机制建立等予以纾解.

The university governance is to correctly handle the internal and external relationship between the university and the stakeholders. In reality, there are practical contradictions in the following aspects： university and government, teacher and student, administration and academics, leadership and regulations, university and society, which needs to be solved through regulation innovation, system improvement, law enhancement, system establishment leaded by Xi Jinpings socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
