高校服务型机关建设的实践与思考

加强高校服务型机关建设,是高校在社会经济发展新常态下转变机关职能、优化办学环境、建设现代大学的内在要求.推进高校服务型机关建设应在厘清"三个关系"基础上,从完善一站式协同服务机制、定期走基层服务机制、考评监督服务机制及信息化建设等四个方面对如何推进高校服务型机关建设进行探索,为转变高校机关职能、提升服务水平提供指导借鉴,以期实现高校新一轮的跨越式发展目标.

Strengthening the construction of service oriented institutions in colleges and universities is an inherent requirement for universities to transform the functions of the organs, optimize the environment for running a school and build a modern university under the new normal social and economic development. On the basis of clarifying the ＂ three relations＂, we should explore how to promote the construction of service type institutions in colleges and universities from four aspects, such as improving the one-stop cooperative service mechanism, regular basic service mechanism, evaluation and supervision service mechanism and information construction, so as to change the functions of institutions of higher learning and improve their service to provide guidance and reference for the level of service, with a view to achieving a new round of leaping development goals in Colleges and universities.
