治国化民必以国民相适相合为要——《两界书》的社会治理思想初探

《两界书》以跨界的思维关照整个人类文明,其文本和思想的维度超越历史、文化、宗教、哲学、文学等传统范式,各种思想考量纵横交织,也包含了丰富而深刻的"治国理世化民"社会治理思想意涵。就社会治理的可能性和必要性而言,建基于人性的这一假设:人性虽道欲相叠,但未得交融,虽善恶并存,但可转化;就理想的社会治理状态而言,真正合乎规律且有效的社会治理也必当遵循人性本质,可以从人与自身、人与他人、人与自然三种关系和谐的角度来构建善治社会;从社会治理操作层面而言,应从道欲相适的角度设计社会治理手段,形成"自制—他制—天制"相互协调相互配合的社会治理机制。整体而言,可以从宏观性与思辨性、哲理性与伦理性、灵性与自洽性、本土性与普世性、历史性与前瞻性等维度理解《两界书》社会治理思想的价值和意义。

The book Liangjieshu takes care of the whole human civilization with cross-border thinking. Its text and thought dimensions transcend the traditional paradigms of history, culture, religion, philosophy and literature. Various thought considerations are intertwined, and it also contains rich and profound implications of＂governing thecountry, governing the world and transforming the people＂. As far as the possibility and necessity of social governance are concerned, the hypothesis based on human nature is that human nature, although the Tao and desire overlap, cannot be blended, good and evil coexist, but can be transformed; as far as the ideal state of social governance isconcerned, a truly regular and effective social governance must also follow the essence of human nature, from manand himself, man and man. From the perspective of harmonious relationship among others, man and nature, a goodgovernance society should be constructed; from the operational level of social governance, the means of social governance should be designed from the perspective of Taoism and desire, and the social governance mechanism of＂self-control, heteronomy and natural system＂should be formed. On the whole, we can understand the value and signifi-cance of the social governance thought in the book from the macroscopic and speculative, philosophical and ethical,spiritual and self-consistent, local and universal, historical and forward-looking dimensions.
