摘要
21世纪以来,在教育部有关文件及其督导评估活动的指导下,我国中小学的心理健康教育活动逐步成为学校的常规活动,然而,浏览中小学心理健康教育有关教材教案,观摩网络发布的中小学心理健康教育活动课程有关视频,我们发现部分心理健康教育教材的内容已经脱离心理学的科学知识概念和原理,成为与心理学无关的游戏活动,特别是有些心理辅导和素质拓展活动,基本成为玩耍,与认知教育、情感教育、意志教育、个性教育等心理教育内容无关。我们认为,中小学的心理健康教育必须以心理科学知识为基础,以心理学的原理为依据,应该是心理教育与心理学教育的融合。
Since the 21 st century, under the guidance of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and its supervision and evaluation activities, mental health education activities in primary and secondary schools in China have gradually become routine activities of schools. However, browsing the textbooks and teaching plans of mentalhealth education in primary and secondary schools and watching the videos about mental health education activitiesin primary and secondary schools published on the Internet, I They found that some of the contents of the psychologi-cal health education textbooks have been deviated from the concept and principle of the scientific knowledge of psychology and have become game activities unrelated to psychology, especially some psychological counseling andquality development activities, which have basically become play and psychological education contents such as cognitive education, emotional education, will education and personality education. Irrelevant. We believe that the men-tal health education in primary and secondary schools must be based on the knowledge of psychological science and the principles of psychology, and should be the integration of psychological education and psychological education.
