血25-羟基维生素D3与高尿酸血症的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血25-羟基维生素D3[(25(OH)D3)]水平与高尿酸血症患病之间的相关性。方法选取2017年3月‐2018年3月共计2 996例自行前往中南大学湘雅医院健康管理中心进行健康体检的人群作为研究对象,以研究血25(OH)D3水平与高尿酸血症的相关性。采用多元Logistic回归分析计算血25(OH)D3每升高一个单位,高尿酸血症患病的比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)。并进一步针对研究对象男女分布进行了性别亚组分析。结果多因素校正后的结果显示,血25(OH)D3每升高一个单位,高尿酸血症患病的OR(95%CI)为1.015(95%CI:1.004~1.025),P=0.005。按男女分组后,男性人群中血25(OH)D3每升高一个单位,高尿酸血症患病的OR(95%CI)为1.016(95%CI:1.005~1.027),P=0.004;女性人群中血25(OH)D3每升高一个单位,高尿酸血症患病的OR(95%CI)为1.011(95%CI:0.982~1.040),P=0.470。结论该横断面研究证实血25(OH)D3水平与高尿酸血症患病呈正相关,且该相关性仅在男性中成立。 【Objective】To investigate the relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration with hyperuricemia.【Methods】This study included 2996 subjects who underwent routine checkups in the Department of Health Examination Center of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University between March 2017 and March 2018. A multivariable model was adopted in the Logistic analyses for calculating the odds ratios(ORs) with 95% confidence intervals(CIs) for the relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration with hyperuricemia. Subgroup analyses of gender were also conducted. 【Results】In the multi-variable model, with a rise of one unit of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration, the OR of the prevalence of hyperuricemia was 1.015(95%CI: 1.004~1.025), P =0.005. In male subgroup, the OR of the prevalence of hyperuricemia was 1.016(95%CI: 1.005~1.027), P =0.004. In female subgroup, the OR of the prevalence of hyperuricemia was 1.011(95%CI: 0.982~1.040), P =0.470.【Conclusion】This cross-sectional study suggested that serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration was significantly associated with hyperuricemia, and this association only remained valid for male subgroup.
