摘要
针对收放线罗拉半径随时间变化的多线切割机时变系统恒张力控制问题,提出了自适应比例-积分-微分(PID)控制方法。设计了弹簧张紧机构以对切割金属丝施加张力,并建立了恒张力控制系统模型。在Matlab环境下进行了仿真实验,结果表明所提出的系统具有较好的鲁棒性。
An adaptive proportion-integral-differential( PID) control system was proposed to solve the constant tension control. The strainer with spring was designed to bring the tension on the wire, then the model of constant tension control system was built. Finally, the simulation was performed by using Matlab. The results demonstrate that the adaptive PID control system has good robustness.
