反恐法案例教学应选择较为典型与重大的反恐法实务案例。反恐法实务案例的选取应体现时效性,所选案例应当完整、清晰、难易适中。本科阶段反恐法案例教学应把重点放在涉恐案件定性和基本案件应对处置的理论学习上,为了使反恐法相关理论更易被学生理解,有必要辅之以适当的案例作进一步阐述案件侦查、处置方法在实务中的具体运用。进入研究生教育阶段,反恐法案例教学要进一步坚持适用与完善的"三三制"教学方式。
