摘要
反恐法案例教学应选择较为典型与重大的反恐法实务案例。反恐法实务案例的选取应体现时效性,所选案例应当完整、清晰、难易适中。本科阶段反恐法案例教学应把重点放在涉恐案件定性和基本案件应对处置的理论学习上,为了使反恐法相关理论更易被学生理解,有必要辅之以适当的案例作进一步阐述案件侦查、处置方法在实务中的具体运用。进入研究生教育阶段,反恐法案例教学要进一步坚持适用与完善的"三三制"教学方式。
Cases involving the investigation of practical cases about terrorist-related cases should include the typical and major cases concerning the investigation of terrorist-related cases.The selection of cases concerning the investigation of terrorism-related cases should reflect the timeliness of the case.The cases selected should be complete,clear and easy to moderate.Undergraduate teaching of terrorism-related cases should focus on fear-based case identification and basic case detection theory of learning,and in order to make the investigation of fear-involved cases more easily understood by students,it is necessary to be accompanied by appropriate cases for further explain the principle,and gradually elaborate the concrete application of the case detection method in practice.Entering the stage of postgraduate education,there is no need to copy foreign teaching methods of real teaching method and simulated situation method as long as they further insist on applying and perfecting the"threethree system"teaching method.
