玻璃绝缘子人工污秽模拟自然污秽试验方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 尽管国内外进行了许多研究,绝缘子的自然污秽试验和人工污秽试验的等价性始终没有得到较好的解决,自然污秽试验比人工污闪试验得到的污闪电压略高。文中进行了玻璃绝缘子串的自然污秽试验和人工污秽试验,以污闪电压为等价指标,研究了按盐密、灰密涂污时的不同涂污方式对人工污秽试验模拟自然污秽效果的影响。并在此基础上,研究了按盐成分涂污和按表面电导率涂污2种不同涂污方法对污闪电压的影响,以寻找与自然积污绝缘子污闪电压最接近的涂污方式。试验结果表明,按盐密、灰密涂污时,直接按整体盐灰密涂污最方便,按表面电导率涂污污闪电压最接近自然污秽污闪电压,按盐成分涂污次之。最后,为了分析人工污秽试验与自然污秽试验污闪电压不同的原因,进一步探究了盐成分以及污秽分布对绝缘子污闪电压的影响。 Despite lots of research have been carried out, the equivalence between natural contamination and artificial contamination tests hasn' t been satisfactorily solved, the flashover voltages obtained from the natural contamination tests are always slightly higher than that obtained by the artificial contamination tests. In this paper, the natural contamination tests and the artificial tests of glass insulators had been carried out in the Kunming UHV test base. By using the flashover voltages as index, three different ways of contamination brushing by the ESDD and NSDD are designed, the influence of different contamination brushing methods on the equivalence between artificial contamination test and natural contamination test is studied. Based on that, the influences of contamination brushing by the salt composition and by the surface conductivity on the flashover voltage are studied to find the contamination brushing method which has the closest flashover voltage to the natural contamination. Test results show that brushing contami- nation by the overall ESDD and NSDD is the most convenient way,brushing contamination by the surface conductivity has the closest flashover voltage with the natural contamination tests, brushing contamination by the salt composition times. Furthermore, in order to analyze the reasons for the difference between the flashover voltage of artificial contamination test and natural contamination test, the influences of salt composition and contamination distribution on flashover voltage are investigated.
