AA vs GG:P=0.063,OR=0.598(95%CI:0.349~1.025);GA+GG vs AA:P=0.304,OR=1.355(95%CI:0.794~2.312),无统计学意义。 Objective To explore the association between IRF6 rs2235371 polymorphism and susceptibility ot non-syndromie cleft lip with or without cleft palate, NSCL/P. Methods The studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria from PubMed, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Database (up to 2016.02), and the date were extracted. Software STATA 12.0 was used for all analysis. Results A total of 7 studies were included (969 cases and 783 controls). When all the studies were pooled, GAvs GG:P=0.O00, OR=0.629 (95%CI:0.519-0.762); GA+AA vs GG:P=0.000, OR=0.615 (95%CI:0.512-0.738), The genotypes GA and GA+AA decreased the NSCIzP risk Of Chinese. AA vs GG: P=0.063, OR=0.598 (95%CI:0.349-1.025); GA+GG vs AA:P=0.304, OR=1.355 (95% CI:0.794-2.312), no significant difference. Conclusion The Meta analysis suggests that IRF6 rs2235371 allele is associated with high risk of NSCL/P.
