摘要
用蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)法评定了钼酸铅沉淀法测定钼铁Mo Fe60中钼的测量不确定度。依据GB/T5059.1—2014建立数学模型,并引入随机效应修正因子。在设定输入量概率分布密度函数的基础上,利用MCM对概率分布随机采样进行分布传递,从而得到MCM法的模拟计算结果:(59.98±0.20)%,k=2。该结果与GUM法的评定结果一致。MCM法可应用于重量分析法的不确定度评定,简便、实用。
The uncertainty for determination of molybdenum content in molybdenum iron( Mo Fe60) by gravimetric method was evaluated based on Monte Carlo method. The corresponding mathematical model was established based on GB/T 5059. 1—2014,and a correction factor representing the random effect was introduced. The probability distribution function of the input quantity was set by the experimental data. Then the Monte Carlo random sampling was realized with MCM Alchimia3. 0. The simulated results of Monte Carlo method was( 59. 98 ± 0. 20) %,k = 2,which was consistent with that of the GUM method. The Monte Carlo method could be used to evalute the uncertainty of gravimetric method.
