壳寡糖和丁酸梭菌对肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及内脏器官相对重的影响 被引量:17

摘要 试验旨在研究壳寡糖和丁酸梭菌对AA肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化指标以及内脏器官相对重的影响。采用2×2双因子试验设计,选取360只1日龄健康AA肉鸡公雏,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,壳寡糖组饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg壳寡糖,丁酸梭菌组饲喂基础饲粮+5×10~8cfu/kg丁酸梭菌,复合组饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg壳寡糖+5×10~8cfu/kg丁酸梭菌。试验期为42 d。结果表明:饲粮单独添加壳寡糖或丁酸梭菌或壳寡糖和丁酸梭菌联合使用均显著降低了1~21日龄肉仔鸡的料重比(P<0.05);试验组肉仔鸡血清中碱性磷酸酶含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,饲粮单独添加壳寡糖或丁酸梭菌均显著降低了肉仔鸡空肠相对重(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加壳寡糖或丁酸梭菌能够促进肉仔鸡的生长发育,但二者联合使用效果不优于二者单独使用效果。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of chitosan oligosaccharide and Clostridium butyrate on the growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and relative weight of visceral organs of AA broilers. 2×2 two factors experimental design was used. A total of 360 AA broiler chicks of 1 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 6 replicates and each replicate with 15 chickens. Treatments was divided into control group (fed basal diet), chitosan group (fed basal diet +150mg/kg chitosan), Clostridiam butyricum group (fed basal diet +5×10^8 cfu/kg of Clostridium butyricum) and mixture group (fed basal diet +150 mg/kg chitosan +5×10^8 cfu/kg Clostridium butyricum). The period of entire experiment is 42 d. The results showed as follows: The chicks of three experimental treatments had a lower feed conservation ration than that in control group (P〈0.05). The content of alkaline phosphatase of broiler serum in the three experimental groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group, adding chitosan or Clostridium butyrate alone in the diet could significantly reduce the relative weight of the jejunum (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the addition of chitosan or Clostridium butyrate in the diet can improve the growth performance of broilers, but the combined effects of the two is not superior to that exclusive used.
