摘要
近年来,随着抗生素的使用受限,丁酸及丁酸盐在畜牧生产中的应用越来越广泛。饲料中添加丁酸盐可提高动物生产性能、改善肠道微生态平衡和促进肠道健康发育。在肉鸡生产中,需根据品种、生长阶段以及产品特点等合理使用丁酸。文章就丁酸及丁酸盐的生物学功能及其在肉鸡生产中的应用作一综述。
Butyric acid and butyrate were widely used in animal production as the restricted use of antibiotics in recent years. Supplemented butyrate in broiler diets had the function of improving growth performance and gut microorganism balance, enhancing gut development. In broiler production, it is important to take an overall consideration on breed, growth phases and butyrate characteristic, to make a rational use of butyric acid and butyrate. The article reviewed biological function of butyric acid and butyrate and their application in broiler production.
