ZHANG Zhenyu’s Academic Thoughts and Clinical Experience Study

张珍玉先生精研中医经典,传承发展中医,强调＂理＂是＂法＂的灵魂,以中医思维指导实践,以实践升华理论,提倡＂学以致用＂＂古为今用＂的研究思路,主张将现代研究结果纳入中医学的思维模式中,为我所用。张老临证重视脏腑辨证,提出＂大脾胃＂的概念和＂诸病皆可从肝治＂的理念,认为治咳之要在宣降。用药上张老精于药量,重视比例,深谙阴阳离合之妙,善用药对,关注疾病变化,动态用药,重视调养。

Professor ZHANG Zhenyu intensively studies traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,inherits and develops TCM,emphasizes that ＂theory＂ is the soul of ＂therapy＂,guides practice with TCM thinking,practices sublimating theory,advocates the research ideas of ＂learning to use＂ and ＂using the ancient for the present＂,and holds that the results of modern research should be incorporated into the thinking mode of Chinese medicine and used for us. Professor ZHANG attaches importance to the syndrome differentiation based on the Zangfu-viscera,puts forward the concept of ＂large spleen and stomach＂ and the concept that ＂all diseases can be differentiated and treated from liver＂,and believes that the treatment of cough should be focused on ascending and descending. In terms of medication,Professor ZHANG is good at the dose and proportion,versed in separation and unity of yin and yang,experienced in paired herbs,paying attention to disease changes,dynamic medication and cultivation.
