古代文献针灸治疗老年期痴呆取穴规律研究

Study on the Acupoint Selection Rules in Treating Senile Dementia in Ancient Literature

目的：分析和总结古代文献中针灸治疗老年期痴呆的取穴规律,为现代治疗老年期痴呆提供理论依据和临床指导。方法：使用计算机检索《中华医典》（第五版）中收录的50部针灸推拿类医籍,整理出针灸治疗老年期痴呆的相关条文,并人工检索校对补充。按文献纳入排除标准筛选后对数据进行规范化处理并建立数据库,使用Microsoft Excel进行统计学分析。结果：共检索到相关针灸类古籍29部,针灸处方486条,经穴92个,奇穴1个,用穴总频次684次,使用频次居前三位的是神门、百会、心俞,使用频次最多的经脉是膀胱经、督脉、胆经,取穴以五输穴、八脉交会穴、络穴为主,用穴集中在四肢部和头面部。结论：古代文献针灸治疗老年期痴呆选穴大多以经穴、特定穴为主,所用经脉大多为膀胱经、督脉、胆经。

Objective：To analyze and summarize the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of senile dementia in ancient literature,and to provide the theoretical basis and clinical guidance for modern treatment of senile dementia. Methods：Using computer to search 50 medical books of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion collected in the Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine（the fifth edition）,and sort out the relevant provisions of acupuncture treatment for senile dementia,and manually retrieve the proofreading supplement. After the screening,the literature was included,the data was normalized and the database was established,and statistical analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel. Results：A total of 29 related ancient books of acupuncture and moxibustion were retrieved,total 486 acupuncture prescriptions,92 acupoints,1 extraordinary point,684 times of total frequency,and the top three frequencies were Shenmen（TF4）,Baihui（GV20） and Xinshu（BL15）. The most frequently used meridians are the Urinary Bladder Meridian,Governor Vessel,and Gallbladder Meridian. The acupoints are mainly Five-shu point,Eight Confluent acupoint,and Luo-connecting acupoint. The points are concentrated in the extremities and the head and face. Conclusion：The ancient literature of acupuncture in treating senile dementia is mostly based on the acupoints and specific acupoints. Most of the meridians are Urinary Bladder Meridian,Governor Vessel,and Gallbladder Meridian.
