中医营卫与西医代谢免疫的时间节律性比较研究

Comparative Study on the Rhythms of Nutrient-defense in Chinese Medicine and Metabolic Immunity in Western Medicine

营卫节律研究的是营养代谢和免疫防卫随时间改变而呈现的周期性变化规律。《内经》记载,营卫二气的节律性变化大致可归纳为百刻日节律、昼夜节律、月节律、年节律四个方面。西医研究也逐渐发现代谢、免疫作用具有与时间相关的节律性特征。两者比较,中西医虽然皆有对时间节律性的认识,但也存在理论来源、研究方法、研究层次等诸多方面的差异。分析研究两者异同,对于推动营卫学说的进一步发展、促进中西医之间的融合、构建现代意义上的时间医学都具有非常重要的现实意义。

The nutrient-defense rhythm studies the cyclical changes that occur in nutrient metabolism and immune defense over time. The Inner Classic records that the rhythmic changes of the nutrient-defense which can be roughly summarized into four aspects：one hundred times rhythm a day,circadian rhythm,circalunar rhythm and circannual rhythm. Western medicine research has also gradually found that metabolism and immunity have time-related rhythmic characteristics. Comparing the two,although Chinese and Western medicine have a understanding of the time rhythm,there are also many differences in theoretical sources,research methods,research levels and so on. The analysis of the similarities and differences between the two studies is of great practical significance for promoting the further development of nutrient-defense theory,promoting the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,and constructing time medicine in the modern sense.
