摘要 目的探究轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者海马弥散张量成像(DTI)特点,为MCI患者的早期诊断提供有效的影像学方法。方法收集临床确诊为MCI的患者24例,另匹配24名健康人为对照组,对所有研究对象行海马DTI检查,分析2组研究对象的DTI成像特点。结果 MCI患者海马各向异性分数(FA)值低于健康对照组(t=-3.800,P<0.01),表观扩散系数(ADC)值高于健康对照组(t=2.991,P<0.01);MCI患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分低于对照组(t=-16.019,P<0.01);MCI患者FA值与MoCA量表总评分及延迟记忆评分呈正相关(r=0.713,0.818,P<0.01);MCI患者ADC值与MoCA量表总分及各亚项评分无相关性。结论海马DTI检查可早期有效诊断MCI,为临床早期干预MCI患者向阿尔茨海默病进展争取了时间。 Objective To explore the mild cognitive impairment (mild cognitive, impairment, MCI) in hip- pocampus of patients with diffusion tensor imaging (diffusion tensor imaging, DTI), to provide effective imaging for early diagnosis of patients with MCI method. Methods Clinical diagnosed 24 cases of MCI patients, the other 24 cases of normal control group, all of the research object of random numbers for appointment of hippocampal DTI inspection, analysis of DTI imaging characteristics of two groups of subjects. Results The results of the hippocampus in patients with MCI FA Lower than the normal control group (t=-3.800, P〈0.01), the ADC value is higher than the normal control group (t=2.991, P〈0.01); MCI patients with MoCA score lower than the control group (t=-16.019, P〈 0.01); MCI and FA value of patients with MoCA score and delayed memory score was positively related (r=0.713, 0.818, 0.01; P〈0.01) in patients with ADC value correlation between MoCA scale score and sub scores. Conclusion Hippocampal DTI examination can effective early diagnosis of MCI and M for early clinical intervention CI patients fought for Alzheimer's disease
