摘要
目的探究和分析增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月收治的40例溶骨性骨质破坏患者作为本次研究对象,其中20例是非骨巨细胞瘤,20例骨巨细胞瘤,然后分别采用增强扫描CT进行扫描,对比2组患者的CT值;然后对比2组患者的诊断准确率。结果骨巨细胞瘤患者的增强CT扫描值与非骨巨细胞瘤的增强CT扫描值存在差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨巨细胞瘤患者的诊断准确率为95%,非骨巨细胞瘤患者的诊断准确率为80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用增强扫描进行骨巨细胞瘤的扫描,能够显著提高骨巨细胞瘤的临床诊断准确率,减少骨巨细胞瘤患者的误诊率和漏诊率,具有非常显著的意义和价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application value of enhanced scanning CT value in diagnosis of bone giant cell tumor. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018 were analyzed in 40 patients with dissolved osseous bone destruction as the object of study, including 20 cases are giant cell tumors of bone, 20 cases of giant cell tumor of bone, then don't enhanced scanning CT scan, comparing two groups of patients with CT value; The diagnostic accuracy was then compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences between CT scan values and enhanced CT scan values in patients with giant cell tumor of the bone(P〈0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The diagnosis accuracy rate of the patients with bone giant was 95%, and the diagnosis accuracy rate was 80% for non-bony patients (P〈0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Enhanced scanning for giant cell tumors of bone scan, can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of giant cell tumor, reducing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in patients with giant cell tumor, has very significant meaning and value.
